M&A - Partnered with PE Firm, A-List global talent management company built an enterprise integrating nine (9) companies of varying revenue generation including; television and film production, brand management, animation, literary, apparel licensing, sports, beverages, video games, publishing, and recording. Developed new ERP from ground-up, with over 100 digital platforms for artists, that also included overall strategy and planning for systems architecture, application development, product systems and services.

Revival & Repurposing - Collaborated with board of directors, venture capital investment firms and executive team to identify, develop, and implement opportunities improving the operating effectiveness and financial performance. Delivered innovative approach in updating, repurposing, and repackaging all viable products, converting to digital formats generating a new source of revenue. Implemented ERP system, CRM and CMS connecting eCommerce, financial, operations, sales, marketing, human resources, fulfillment, customer service, manufacturing & distribution, creating efficiencies and advanced reporting with a wholly redesigned and re-engineered web/mobile platform and corporate network.

Freight - Picked up project mid-way when original team left unexpectedly. Team had to understand system with limited documentation, decided on what features to keep and what to rewrite, launched on new cloud platform, completed development on web and mobile systems.

Real Estate - Designed, developed, and implemented a platform that manages all aspects of capital projects ($1B+), facilities, safety, property management, accounting (GL, AP, AR), expense tracking, KPIs, workflow automation, customized reporting (including pivot tables), proforma, budget, forecasting, commitment, actuals, invoicing, lease administration, lease terms, lease coverage, creating increased efficiency and a competitive advantage.

Product Development - Developed revenue modeling for all products and business ventures. Replaced ERP system, CMS and CRM with integrated systems, delivering redesign and reengineering of eCommerce, including; product design, manufacturing, warehousing, retail systems, and International Third-Party Logistics (3PL), resulting in dynamic reporting and increased sales.

Deposition Services - Worked directly with clients and court reporters in all technical aspects of the business. Implemented systems to streamline internal processes, improved data workflow, and increased productivity and efficiency.
